Heres Health of January 1995 talks of Dolphin Reef in Eilat, Israel where there is an unusual clinic run by Psychologist Sophie Donio, the main therapists are all Dolphins.

Massage Bodywork, October/November 2005, Aquatic Therapies an excellent article featuring a team of craniosacral therapists from the Upledger Institute (UI) in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., who began a unique investigation which involved administering craniosacral therapy (CST) to clients in the water, with dolphins present and in physical contact with the client.
What made the project remarkable was the way in which the dolphins responded to the CST sessions and seemed to influence the results.

                           THE POWER OF BREATH, EYES AND HANDS IN THE WATER.
Breath Is Life, with consciously controlled and directed breath you can establish resonance, a greater link, a powerful attraction and connection at a very primal level. The Eyes have the ability to project and absorb energy, thoughts, and emotions. They are vehicles of communication, we can use them to send and receive a variety of messages. The Hands are points of great energy activity. They are most active for sensory expression and impression. We can use the hands to direct and send energy out with a stronger focus, or, we can use them to sense and absorb energies more strongly.

                                                 WATER PROPERTIES.
Water has always been the element connected with the psychic and higher forms of sensitivity. Water amplifies the inate psychic energies and focuses them more easily for you. Not surprising when you understand that water is a great conductor of electrical energy, and the human body is a biochemical, electromagnetic energy system.
The human body is continually giving off and absorbing energy fields that it interacts with.
Water focuses the mind and facilitates altered states of consciousness, it also stimulates your own inner clairvoyance more easily. Everything in life is interconnected, every part is connected to each other part.
There is no time or distance separating anything, except in our own perceptions, every human is connected to every other human.
Every event is linked to those of the past and to those of the future.
Evert aspect of nature is linked to every other expression of nature, including humans.
